• The Head of Wealth Management will lead the institution’s wealth management division, overseeing strategy, client relationship management, investment advisory, and portfolio growth.

• Develop and implement the wealth management strategy aligned with institutional goals.
• Drive growth in assets under management (AUM) and client acquisition.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Provide tailored financial advice, investment planning, and estate management solutions.

Investment Oversight:

• Supervise portfolio construction, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop wealth managers and relationship officers.
• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and client-centric service.

Business Development:

• Identify new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
• Represent the institution at industry events and networking forums.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications (CFA, CFP, ICAN, CIS) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
• Proven track record of managing high-net-worth portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of Nigerian financial markets and global investment trends.
