Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:Identify and pursue B2B opportunities across beauty brands, pharmacies, hospitality, and export sectors.
- Contract Acquisition:Present private-label solutions, lead negotiations, and close manufacturing deals.
- Revenue Growth:Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by upselling formulation and packaging services.
- Relationship Management:Build long-term partnerships to ensure repeat production and capacity utilization.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience:3–6 years in B2B sales, manufacturing, or FMCG (Cosmetics experience is a massive plus).
- Skillset:Proven ability to close high-value contracts and manage a complex sales pipeline.
- Drive:Self-starters who can work independently to hit aggressive growth targets.
- Knowledge:Understanding of private labeling, supply chain, or product formulation.
