• We are hiring an Operations Associate to support SEND’s day-to-day logistics operations and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient execution of shipments.
• This role will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies to manage shipment documentation, resolve operational issues, and support the continuous improvement of operational processes.

• Support end-to-end execution of logistics operations while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipment and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and government agencies to ensure timely clearances.
• Resolve vendor-related operational issues and shipment exceptions.
• Ensure all operational activities and updates are captured in the system in real time.
• Support cost optimisation initiatives across shipments.
• Assist with implementing new operational processes and technologies to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations or supply chain support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in logistics or digital freight forwarding is an advantage.
