Job Description
Job Purpose
- The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive corporate sales, expand market share, and build strong long-term relationships with business clients.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales goals and profitability.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with new corporate clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
- Represent the company at business functions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding corporate sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable sales initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Strong business acumen and networking abilities.
