Job Description
Job Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven professional with at least 7 years of experience in the financial industry — preferably within a Microfinance Bank.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in ensuring due diligence and effective risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
- Credit risk assessment and analysis
- Loan portfolio monitoring and management
- Credit scoring and reporting
- Credit policy implementation and regulatory compliance
- Risk mitigation and due diligence strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Relevant certifications in credit or risk management
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
