The Head of Procurement will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing the procurement strategy to ensure cost-effective purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 
  10–12 years
   of progressive procurement/supply chain experience, with at least 
  5 years in a leadership role
  .
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in procurement systems/ERP tools.
