Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2—3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Young, dynamic, and proactive with a passion for people management
