Interested and qualified candidates should forward twenty (20) copies of their typed Application Letters, detailed current Curriculum Vitae (CV) and photocopies of credentials to the undersigned in the following format:

  • Names and addresses of three (3) Referees (Employer, Educational and Personal) who are to forward confidential reports directly to the Registrar, Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, with SUBJECT HEADING BEARING THE NAME OF THE APPLICANT, DEPARTMENT AND POST APPLIED FOR. Such referees should be able to attest to the candidate's claim to high academic capabilities as well as to the candidate's notable uprightness.
• Valid Government approved ID (Driver's Licence, National ID, Biometric Page of International Passport) and Medical Certificate of fitness from Government hospital.
• Two passport-sized photographs.

• Candidates must be registerable with any relevant professional bodies and must also be ICT compliant;
• Applicants will be required to produce originals of their certificates and other relevant credentials if invited for interview; photocopies will not be accepted;
• Applicants who are applying to join the Public Service for the first time MUST be less than fifty (50) years of age at the time of resumption of duty;
• Applicants must clearly state the position and the School/Department they are applying for in their application letter
