• We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Katsina.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of medical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
• The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B medical sales.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the Katsina territory.
• Identify and engage new clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical distributors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare equipment.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market and customer network in Katsina and nearby regions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
