• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and client service processes
• Supervise and coordinate internal teams (Recruitment, Admin, Training, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 1-2 years experience in operations or HR management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
