• Our Client in the Educational sector is seeking dedicated and passionate Secondary School Teachers to join theiracademic team.
• The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
• The teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and assessing student progress to ensure all students reach their full potential.

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Subject in focus
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations, including [specific exams like WAEC, NECO, JAMB, etc.].
• Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined learning environment.
• Establish clear rules and expectations for student behavior and academic performance.
• Design and administer assessments, including quizzes, tests, and projects, to measure student understanding.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student grades and attendance.
• Monitor student progress and identify students who may require additional support or intervention.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school administration about academic progress and student welfare.
• Serve as a mentor and guide, encouraging students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum improvements.
• Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

• NCE/B.ed Degree
• Proven experience as a teacher in a secondary school environment.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
