• Conduct regulated ground/ classroom training and drills as authorized by the authority.
• Conduct regular classroom evaluations including competency checks.
• Conduct regular evaluation, assessment, and line checks on both SCCMs and CCMs
• Identify trends and training review that may lead to development of course(s)
• Conduct regulated practical training on the aircraft type.
• Conduct Line trainer, SCCM and CCM line training, including coaching.
• Monitor safety and service standards.
•  Participate in the production of training and multimedia if required.
• Conduct other cabin service-related training.
• Assist with any other duties in cabin services department as required.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent HND (Higher National Diploma)
• At least 5 years' experience as an operating senior cabin crew member.
• Fluent in written and spoken English—additional languages is an advantage
• Excellent health and fitness levels.
• Demonstrated ability in problem solving & decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and with professional attitude.
• Demonstrated ability in attention to detail & quality.
• ·Excellent personality and the ability to work within a multicultural team.
