• Design by Daisy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 
  Site Supervisor
   to oversee day-to-day activities on interior design and renovation project sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all installations and construction activities meet quality standards, align with technical drawings, and are completed within the project timeline.

• Supervise daily on-site activities of contractors, artisans, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved designs and technical drawings.
• Monitor project timelines and report potential delays to the Project Team Lead.
• Conduct quality inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment on-site.
• Manage the receipt and storage of project materials.
• Provide daily progress updates and site reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of site supervision experience in interior design, fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Project Management certification (PMP or similar).
• Experience with high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.
