- Preparing and teaching lessons as set out in the curriculum, setting assessment tasks, and marking students' work.
- Present lessons in the most creative, friendly, and smart manner
- Encourage further studies in students through games, internal competitions, and interactive engagements.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, student academic progress, and personal management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction and Curriculum:Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the civics, history, and government curricula.
- Assessment:Assess student learning through various methods, including tests, projects, and classroom discussions.
- Classroom Management:Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking, debate, and active participation.
- Student Guidance:Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, supporting their academic and personal development.
- Resource Development:Develop and utilize various resources, including textbooks, online materials, and real-world examples, to enhance teaching.
- Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest developments in the field and engage in professional development activities.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
